PYJAMAS

Mileage, sixty years.
A birthday gift:
flannel pyjamas.

The design:
A pink cat,
Winking;

Only wearing
A red bonnet
and a blue ribbon.

Cuddle up
With me,
Says the print.

A promise
To get warm
And snug.

Pyjamas are not
just for children,
you know.

Sex-age-narian.
Sex and age,
obviously.

Latin sex means
English six.
Or sixty.

Sixty,
The age
Of flannel pyjamas.
